A mentorship‑based training in embodied presence, nervous‑system literacy, and integrative somatic support.
The Somatic Practitioner Foundations Certification is a 6‑month, 90‑hour training for wellness professionals, helping professionals, and individuals seeking deeper embodiment, relational ease, and somatic skillfulness.
This program blends nervous‑system education, somatic movement, relational presence, and supportive somatic contact within a mentorship‑based learning environment.
It is designed for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, coaches, counselors, caregivers, and anyone drawn to somatic work for personal or professional growth.
The Foundations Certification meets:
One Sunday per month (9:00 AM–1:00 PM)
One Tuesday evening per month (6:00 PM–9:00 PM)
Plus self‑study, reflections, and optional partner practices between sessions
This rhythm supports embodied learning, integration, and sustainable pacing.
Your full calendar will be provided after registration.
The Somatic Retreats are not required for certification, but they offer a beautiful way to enter the work through nourishment, embodiment, and receiving.
If you completed the Somatic Retreats series, you receive a $100 tuition credit toward this January certification.
$1,980 when paid in full by cash or check. If using a payment plan or credit card, a different tuition amount applies.
You will learn how to:
Support others through nervous‑system literacy and embodied communication
Offer somatic movement and integrative somatic support
Facilitate small groups with more attunement, pacing, and presence
Bring somatic principles into your existing work or personal life
Build or expand a private practice rooted in embodied, relational care
This certification supports both professional development and personal transformation, helping you cultivate more ease, clarity, and connection in your relationships, work, and daily life.
