This training blends yoga, somatics, nervous‑system literacy, and embodied leadership into one integrated pathway. You’ll graduate with two certifications — a Yoga Alliance–approved 200‑hour yoga teacher credential and ORA Center’s Somatic Practitioner Foundations Certification.

Designed for yoga practitioners, bodyworkers, coaches, mental health professionals, and anyone drawn to embodied living. You do not need to want to teach yoga to join; many people come simply to grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves.

You’ll be held in a relational, attuned learning environment that honors nervous‑system pacing, somatic depth, and authentic leadership. This training helps you know yourself more fully and lead from your center — in your life, your work, and your relationships.
